Rambagh Palace was originally a hunting lodge of the Jaipur royal family. Built in 1835 for the Queen’s handmaiden Kesar, it underwent refurnishing later to make it more suitable as a hunting lodge. Now, it is managed as a fine heritage hotel by the Taj Group of Hotels.
It is a beautiful property with 78 stunningly restored grand luxury rooms and suites amidst 47 acres of lush gardens. Rambagh is appropriately called the Jewel of Jaipur. Each luxury room offers utmost comfort; spacious bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and four poster beds are par for the course. The suites include historical suites, royal suites, grand royal suites and Presidential suites. Neel Mahal is the round-the-clock coffee shop. It is done up in cool blue colors. Suvarna Mahal is the place for lunch and dinners.
